James has spent his career in the B2B manufacturing space in Vancouver. For the past 16 years, he was with Great Little Box Company as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. On the back of James’ entrepreneurial spirit, GLBC grew from a small local box manufacturer into one of the largest packaging companies in Western Canada. James also played the primary role in the acquisition process of ten organizations acquired by GLBC. James truly works to understand how to integrate differing perspectives into a thriving organization, a key principle in the process of recruitment. With his experience as a VP in one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, and his background in integrating, recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees in a rapidly growing business, James brings a wealth of experience to the team at MacDonald Search Group.
