Since joining Korn Ferry, Krista has successfully worked on Board, CEO and C-suite succession engagements across a variety of industries including consumer, retail, healthcare, technology, medical devices, industrial and financial services. She has worked extensively with global companies of all sizes, including several Fortune 500 companies. She also has experience with public and private companies. She brings significant experience in building strategy-driven and collaborative succession solutions that work well within the client organization and their specific culture. Her work ensures organizations have the talent pipeline to drive and execute on their short- and long-term strategic agenda. In her role on the Global CEO Succession Leadership team, Krista actively trains other members within the firm and consistently collaborates with the firm’s research and analytics arm, Korn Ferry Institute. Krista was a core team member on the Women CEOs Speak research initiative with The Rockefeller Foundation. The research initiative was the largest study on female CEOs and was geared at building more future generations of female CEOs.
