Cécile conducts cross-functional research on senior executives and experienced managers. Her interest in the international market and in the sectors she works in has enabled her to develop and conduct numerous research projects for major players in the fashion and consulting industries. Cécile started her career in the import-export industry, and continued in the fashion industry. She then joined Sheh Fung Screws Company in Taiwan as a Junior Consultant. At the end of her Master’s degree, Cécile turned to headhunting and joined Synapse in January 2021. Cécile is a graduate of ESSCA Management School (Master Consulting Program) and NSYSU National Sun Yat-sen University (International Business MBA).
