Mr. Deering combines his experiences within the finance, insurance brokerage, sales, and recruiting sectors to provide an executive search recruiting practice that specializes in the Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources professions. At Ascendo, Mr. Deering manages the recruiting practice located in Miami. Mr. Deering’s search team brings over 50 years of experience in the finance and public accounting sector and they seek to execute a truly unique business model and vision. Mr. Deering’s team is comprised of former Accountants, Bankers, Traders, and Compliance professionals. Prior to Ascendo, Mr. Deering was a Recruiting Manager with a well known international staffing firm in Miami. Mr. Deering specialized in the Finance and Accounting search/recruiting division. He was consistently a top producer while representing a large client base from multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies to small family owned businesses. Before, Mr. Deering worked in the Insurance Brokerage industry with Aon Consulting and Marsh/Mercer Companies as a Financial Underwriter and Account Executive. He started his career with Aetna Healthcare in Philadelphia as a Financial Underwriter. Mr. Deering has been featured in numerous publications and newspapers including the Miami Herald and the New York Times. Mr. Deering is originally from Philadelphia, PA and attended Bloomsburg University where he majored in Finance and Marketing. He currently resides in Miami.
