Karla joined Erevena as an Associate in 2021, with a functional specialism in Engineering, Deep Tech, and Product. Based in San Francisco, she supports early stage and pre-IPO businesses find Executive, C-Suite, and Board Member leadership in strategic and confidential searches worldwide. She formerly led a team at Harnham, a boutique firm specializing in data & analytics recruitment, where she helped establish the Data Science and Computer Vision functions for their West Coast practice. She helped build senior IC and Executive leadership teams for leading technology companies and Advanced Technology Groups (ATGs). Karla graduated from Scripps College with a Dual Degree in Media Studies and Computer Science (through Harvey Mudd College).
