Bridget Burke joined ZRG Partners in 2019 as a Principal. With more than 20 years of professional experience, she has a successful track record in identifying and recruiting senior leadership for publicly and privately held companies. In addition, she has an extensive amount of experience with private equity portfolio companies, and sector expertise within manufacturing, technology, retail, financial services, and professional services. Bridget has also recruited senior level positions in the not-for-profit sector, where she has partnered with mission drive organizations in healthcare, education, arts and culture, and community organizations. Prior to joining ZRG, Bridget was a Director with Harvest CFO, a boutique retained executive search firm focusing on placing senior financial leaders at private equity portfolio and middle market companies. She was also a Director at The Angeletti Group, a full-service consulting and executive search firm focused on the not-for-profit sector, and practiced law for approximately 10 years at KPMG, BDO, and had her own law practice focusing on estate planning for high net worth individuals. Bridget has deep experience in CFO, VP of Finance, Controller and other financial leadership positions. She is also highly skilled in identifying talent for fundraising and development leadership roles. Bridget earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College and her Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School. Bridget enjoys spending time with her two daughters and friends and family. She also enjoys reading, practicing yoga and spending time outdoors.
