Larissa is an Associate Partner in Talentfoot’s Client Solution team. For more than a decade, Larissa has held leadership roles in recruiting and account management. Before joining Talentfoot, Larissa worked in several creative staffing firms managing recruiting and sales teams. Larissa hails from the Bay Area, where she will work in lockstep with Talentfoot’s clients to deliver exceptional creative talent. Throughout her career, Larissa has worked with companies from PR agencies to Series A funded startups to efficiently provide flexible workforce solutions. Larissa is passionate about being able to keep a pulse on the industry and loves creative and marketing work because of her background in fashion; she is a graduate of FIT in New York City.
