​I started at Venn Group in June 2017 and chose it based on my interest in the market I’d be working in (Local Government) and the team-based approach that really does work. I really enjoy recruiting in Commissioning and Public Health areas for Local Authorities. It’s fairly niche and unknown, which means I have been able to become an expert in my field and build a good reputation in the market. It’s very rewarding having Councils as clients as not only do you feel like you are making a difference by finding the right role for a job seeker, but hope that in turn, this has a positive impact on the work of the Local Authorities and ultimately the lives of their residents. I am constantly seeking to learn new things, get involved in good causes and develop myself and my knowledge – something that Venn Group is able to support in all areas.
