His decade of service took place during a time of unmatched turbulence and aggressive evolution within corporate boards. Served as CEO of executive search firm CTPartners. During his six-year tenure, the firm self-funded 30-times growth with international offices and eight domestic operations, becoming the tenth largest in the field. Holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
