Biography
Named one of the 100 most influential executives in the U.S. for corporate governance eight times by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Served for 10 years as vice chairman and managing director for board services at Korn Ferry. As vice chairman, he led the practice, facilitating clients’ board of director processes, director recruitment and selection, and CEO advisement and succession. His decade of service took place during a time of unmatched turbulence and aggressive evolution within corporate boards.
Served as CEO of executive search firm CTPartners. During his six-year tenure, the firm self-funded 30-times growth with international offices and eight domestic operations, becoming the tenth largest in the field.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
