Jake founded Elite Placement Group in 2005. He has over 20 years of proven success helping local top tier organizations with their Human Capital needs. He was instrumental in building the Connecticut office for one of the tri-state areas largest privately held staffing firms. Prior to moving into the recruiting field, Mr. Makmale worked for one of the nation’s largest public accounting firms as a certified public accountant. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is also a Certified Personnel Consultant.
