Monika Erbenova is a Consultant at Alexander Hughes in the Prague office. Seasoned professional, Monika spent most of her professional career in recruitment and her major focus is working with clients in the Industry, Retail and FMCG, IT/IS sectors. Monika has been spending more than four years in the Global Recruitment team of a Fortune 500 company, where she was responsible for delivering complex assignments across Europe. Later on, Monika held the managing responsibilities of a team of Senior Staffing Specialists, working on project strategies and building and developing the teams. Monika has already been part of the Alexander Hughes group in 2010 as the Client Partner. Monika holds a Master of Economy degree from the University of Economics in Prague with a major of International Trade and HR Management, she also studied at the Shandong University of Finance and Economics (Global Economy, Economic Development). Monika is Czech mother tongue and speaks fluently English and German.
