Renee Pantani is a Director in the Firm’s New Haven office and is a member of the Business Enterprise Tax Services practice group. She works primarily with closely-held businesses and individuals providing federal and state tax compliance, planning and consulting. Her clients range from flow-through entities such as partnerships, S corporations and limited liability companies to individuals and trusts and estates.

Her industry experience includes real estate, construction, professional services and high-net-worth individuals. She provides clients with tax representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, assisting with tax examinations, and other tax matters. She has more than twenty-five years of experience ranging from small local public accounting firms to large corporations.
