Lukas Kühne has a history degree from the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He has worked in personnel recruitment since 2004. During his studies he worked as a research associate and from 2008 to 2014 he headed the in-house research center of Meister Executive Search AG in the position of Head Research. He has been a project manager since 2011, became a partner in 2015 and has been the managing partner and owner of Meister Executive Search AG since January 2020. Lukas Kühne has a wealth of experience in handling executive search mandates and a network of exciting decision-makers that has been cultivated for decades.
