Kim brings a combination of 20+ years in project management and executive level support as well as 10+ years in the executive recruiting industry to Ventura Partners. Prior to joining the Ventura team, Kim worked alongside Bob Damon at Korn/Ferry International from 2006 to 2015. Earlier in her career, she adeptly juggled various senior administrative responsibilities at the executive level for TOMS, SAP (formerly Business Objects), Moody’s KMV, Lazard Freres (registered/licensed Series 7) and Prudential Securities. A serious yoga practitioner, Kim is a certified yoga instructor. She is an avid snowboarder, high-altitude trekker and globe trotter. In her spare time, you will find her running on dirt trails in the Santa Monica mountains or twisting herself into a pretzel.
