Alicia Fazio has 20 years of experience in Staffing and Recruitment completely dedicated to categories of Creative, Digital, Marketing and Technology and within the market sectors of Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment and Media, Marketing and Advertising. With her partner Amanda Levit, Alicia launched The Agency Worx in April 2015. Previously, Alicia had 15 years of leading Business Development and Corporate Operations at two national staffing agencies. On the job, Alicia’s primary areas of expertise lie in Business Development, Relationship Management, Client Services, Negotiation, Strategic Staffing, Recruitment and Account Management at all levels of operation. Alicia is a mother of three teenagers, lives on Long Island and likes to take cross-fit bootcamp classes.
