Louise was born in South Africa and grew up in Leeds from the age of 5. At the age of 22, she decided to travel the world, which is where her love for recruitment began, and is what she has spent her career of 23 years doing since then. Louise started her career working for a Public Sector specialist recruitment agency, working with Housing and Public Sector organisations, moving to Health, and Senior to Executive roles, both interim and permanent. After 4 years working in internal talent for a Public Sector management consultancy, she’s now returning to her roots and where her passion has always been with her role as Principal Consultant at Nigel Wright Group. Louise is specifically recruiting within the Public Sector and Not for Profit, providing middle to executive level recruitment solutions, both interim and permanent.
