Active in executive search for 19 years, Susan has completed assignments across a variety of industry sectors. For each engagement, Susan applies her experience in executing an in-depth research strategy to identify a broad talent pool and conduct initial screening.

Prior to working with K&R, Susan served as Associate Director in executive search with Heidrick & Struggles; Research Associate with The Caldwell Partners, as well as other leadership positions. She holds a BA in Economics & Sociology from University of Western Ontario.
