Demi Hutchinson is a Managing Director with PierceGray in the Chicago office and leads Team Builds, the firm’s mid-level recruiting practice. Prior to PierceGray, Demi worked in Human Capital with Linden Capital Partners, where she led executive recruiting and advised on talent strategy across the portfolio. Demi began her career in Operations and Supply Chain roles with GE Healthcare, where she also led Campus Recruiting. She is a graduate of GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue.
