When I first started working in recruitment, I immediately loved the competitiveness of the industry and the ability to launch or progress someone's career. After a few years in recruitment, I relocated up North and pursued a career in the sales industry. However, recruitment has always been my passion so I was excited when I discovered an opportunity to join Spencer Clarke Group. My role entails working alongside our Managing Consultant, Jamie Heath, to service our current clients as well as developing new business. On a day to day basis, I help secondary schools across East Lancashire with their recruitment needs and I’m always looking to expand my current knowledge within the industry and learn new skills. I love developing relationships with clients and contractors and building a positive rapport - it’s very important to me! Outside of work, you’ll find me either binge-watching Desperate Housewives or at the gym (it usually takes some persuasion for me to get there though). I also spend a lot of time with my family and partner being competitive in places like the arcades and bowling alleys!
