Having spent many years in the industrial sector, her extensive knowledge—particularly within the Passive Fire Protection industry—combined with a strong work ethic and consistently high billing performance, led to multiple promotions including Shift Coordinator, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Team Leader. Her appointment reflects CBW's continued ambition to grow and expand into new markets, while maintaining our commitment to delivering a tailored, personal, and bespoke service to both candidates and clients. Megan now heads up the Fire & Security desk and will be recruiting for a range of specialist roles such as Fire Door Installers, AOV Engineers, Sprinkler Engineers, Extinguisher Technicians, Project Managers, and more.
