With over twenty years of experience in recruitment and selection, executive search, and interim management, Tom is a valuable asset to Lakehouse as an Associate Partner. He focuses on clients with a growth strategy and those seeking to improve their EBITDA, managing the selection of leaders and specialists. Tom's areas of expertise are finance, audit & risk, legal, tax & compliance, and procurement & supply chain. He also advises the internal Lakehouse organization. He's enjoyed this work for so long because he sees the positive impact people have on an organization when you position the right talent in the right environment. Tom studied Computer Science at a university of applied sciences. He lives in Amstelveen with his wife Cherilyn and daughter Liv.
