As Managing Partner at KBRS, Jennie helps guide the firm’s strategic direction while continuing to lead her dynamic Executive Search practice. She serves as a trusted advisor to organizations across a range of sectors nationally, including in her home province of Newfoundland and Labrador. A skilled communicator and facilitator, Jennie supports clients through their most critical leadership decisions. She is deeply committed to equitable and inclusive recruitment practices that help institutions attract and select the leaders they need to succeed today—and into the future. Her approach is informed by her deep understanding of the nuances of leading in complex organizations. Before joining KBRS, Jennie was Associate Vice President of Western University where she led a large and diverse portfolio consisting of 10 departments. Prior to joining Western University, Jennie held several leadership roles including roles at Queen’s, Windsor, University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), Baylor University (Waco, Texas) and Memorial University where she was the Director of Student Life.
