Frank Walzel is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, and a member of the Global Life Science Practice. He is based in Frankfurt, Germany. Frank began his career at a top 5 global executive search firm, and within a few years he was assisting European and US Pharma and Medtech companies to fill key roles in their organisations. Additionally, he brings hands-on HR experience as a Manager for Personnel Development and Employer Branding at a German pharmaceutical company. Currently Frank specialises in working with both multinationals and family-owned “Mittelstand” companies involved in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health. With more than 12 years of experience and over 80 successful search assignments in the EMEA region, he works effectively with senior leadership, listens to their ideas and co-creates changes through future leaders that are necessary for each organisation to sustain a successful business and strong culture. Frank Walzel holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Frankfurt. He is a certified Schouten Activity Coach (accredited by the International Coaching Federation) and is trained in personal diagnostic tools such as Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis. He speaks fluent English and German, conversational French and basic Italian.
