Since 2019, I’ve worked as a recruiter and consultant in various domains. In 2021, I joined YER, where my work is focused on the social domain. I’m a creative person with a soft spot for people who’ve come from far away and are willing to invest in themselves. They tend to be highly motivated and passionate about the role they’re seeking, and have sometimes had a tough journey to get to where they are. Working together with colleagues also stimulates me: bouncing ideas off each other, giving presentations, conducting intakes, and being able to utilize each other's strengths for the benefit of others.
