After 25 years in different HR roles in the machine and plant engineering section, Peter joined AIMS Germany in 2007. Peter holds a Master in Industrial Pedagogy and gathered his professional experience as HR Manager and Consultant. Focusing on regional and global clients in machine engineering, energy, automation, process engineering and special vehicle industry, he is also EMEA Practice Team Lead Industrial and Team Member Energy. He also served as a board member for AIMS International as EMEA Board Member (2014-2019) and global Vice President from 2019 to 2022. Since January 2018, Peter has been appointed as Managing Partner of AIMS International-Germany. Peter is strong in intercultural adaption and has a fast comprehension of his national and international client’s needs, with focus on managerial positions. Peter speaks German, English and French.
