Ms. Dolmadjian has over a decade of experience and a personal track record of several hundred completed Executive Search mandates in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors across the Middle East and Africa. She brings a proven sector-specific expertise in specialised verticals with the most prestigious global and regional organisations ranging from pharmaceutical companies to medical equipment and devices manufacturers, healthcare service providers and healthcare-focused Private Equity firms. Ms. Dolmadjian started her Executive Search career as the Healthcare Practice Group Leader for a global talent consultancy, in which she helped establish the firm’s presence across the Middle East and Africa, securing the most appropriate candidates for hard-to-fill complex leadership positions. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Dolmadjian was the founding Managing Director of the Executive Search arm of a healthcare consultancy, delivering outstanding results in regional and global searches through deep network relationships and a strategy cultivating long-term relationships over short-term transactions. She has personally led engagements involving multiple Board and executive level searches for high profile roles with each search requiring specific expertise and compatible leadership styles. Annie provides value-added consultancy services ranging from sector-specific market intelligence to organisational design and on-boarding. Ms. Dolmadjian has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Park University in the U.S. and a Bachelor’s degree in European Affairs from the Centre d’Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management in France and the UK. She is a French national and speaks fluent English, French, and Arabic.
