Anne has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, providing guidance to venture backed startups and high growth companies. With her extensive background as an executive, most recently serving as a consultant focused on customer success, sales and marketing, Anne has expertise in identifying the right talent for the leadership teams. Prior to joining True, Anne co-founded a division for Rackspace, where she acted as VP and General Manager. Under her leadership, this division grew to $92 million dollars in annual recurring revenue at a 70%+ gross margin with an NPS of 65%+ and defined the organizational structure that was key to company's industry leading customer experience, fanatical support. Anne also acted as president and chief customer officer for Voxeo which was acquired by Aspect. Under her leadership, Voxeo doubled their revenue, achieved an NPS of 65%+ and obtained a key position as a leader on the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
