Jon holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from Manchester University. Having trained with PriceWaterhouse, Jon worked with JP Morgan before moving into executive recruitment, initially in London. Later in Sydney, he helped build Morgan & Banks Banking and Financial Services practice. Jon consolidated a number of years experience recruiting within investment banking and commenced JMES in 1997 in order to develop a specialist financial services executive search firm.
