Jennifer Komos is a Managing Partner at Constellation Search Group. Bringing almost a decade worth of IT and Creative Direct Hire Staffing experience. Jennifer has placed over 250 IT and creative professionals, built successful recruiting teams from the ground up, and has consistently over performed on both revenue and contribution margin goals. Prior to joining Constellation Search Group, Jennifer spent 6 years with Robert Half Technology, where she was quickly promoted to build their Nashville IT Search branch from the ground up. She managed a team of 5 Direct Hire Sales Managers and lead total revenue growth +20% YoY in 2017, 2018 and personally reached the Million Dollar Milestone Club in 2019. During the downturn of the pandemic in 2020, Jennifer earned the President's Club Leadership Achievement Award for YoY Revenue increase as measured in percentage and dollar growth. After producing the highest sales in the ITS Search Division since 2010, Jennifer took a leap of faith and joined Diversant. During that time, she ran a team of 4 Recruiting Managers and earned multiple awards including “Rookie of the Year” and “Silver Club” honoring both personal production and leadership for overall team revenue production. Today, Jennifer lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two children. Her favorite hobbies include singing karaoke, snorkeling, and kayaking.
