Cécile Dumontier joined Abaka in 2017 after 5 years spent in various commercial positions in BtoB and BtoC (agri-food industry, retail), followed by a personal break, during which she matured and validated her conversion to the profession of research manager through an immersion in a recruitment firm in Rennes. Passionate about human interactions and agri-food, Cécile chose Abaka to discover headhunting and expand her knowledge of various fields and professions.
