Mirja is Senior Consultant, Partner and Team Manager, working with executive search and recruitment assignments across industries. With over 10 years’ experience in the industry she has thorough expertise from roles within marketing, sales and communications and has managed to built a network of highly qualified candidates in this segment. Mirja has worked throughout many different industries as partner to organisations in both private and public sector. She has a comprehensive understanding of the roles in these segments, having helped recruit both at specialist level and middle- to higher management as for instance Brand Manager, Communications Manager, Business Development Manager. Previous to her career in recruitment, Mirja worked within the retail sector. Mirja has experience in psychometric testing and is certified in personality and analytical assessment tools and has a University degree in Human Resource Management.
