Alex is the Associate Director within the Financial Services team at Frazer Jones in London and joined the business in 2021 due to our strong values of excellence, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism. Within the financial services practice, Alex and the team work with a diverse portfolio of clients including Asset & Investment Management, Banking, FinTech, Private Equity and Venture Capital. He advises and partners with HR professionals across Diversity Equity & Inclusion, HR Generalists, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, and Talent Acquisition. Alex previously worked for a leading business and executive support recruitment consultancy for several years where he successfully progressed through the ranks from consultant to divisional leader whilst also developing a strong candidate and client portfolio across the financial services sector. Following this experience, he joined a leading executive search brand where he focused on recruiting tax professionals into the financial services sector as he was keen to develop and expand his knowledge of executive recruitment within the professional markets. Throughout his career, he has recruited across a broad range of industries from leading financial and professional services institutions through to consumer, pharmaceutical and technology brands.
