Dr. Torsten Quadt is Managing Partner of MSU Executive Search GmbH. In this capacity, he manages direct search assignments and HR consulting mandates. Dr. Torsten Quadt is also active in the management audit consulting segment and, in addition to his academic work, has published numerous publications in this field (Financial Times, Gabler-Verlag, Bankmagazin, Bertelsmann Stiftung, etc.). While studying psychology (University of Frankfurt am Main and Vienna) and completing his doctorate (Ulm and Cologne), Dr. Torsten Quadt worked for various HR consultancies. He subsequently co-responsible for establishing the Austrian branch of Ray & Berndtson Consulting in 1993. After completing his studies, he became a senior consultant at Ray & Berndtson's Frankfurt office. After being promoted to manager, he was responsible for direct search mandates and for establishing the Management Audit Competence Center.
