Isabela holds a degree in Human Resources Management and has experience in specialized consultancies for Recruitment and Selection of mid-to-senior management, in the areas of technology, operations, and finance. She has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in a Strategic Consultancy and had the opportunity to participate in recruitment projects at the international level (LATAM). Currently, as a Consultant at EXEC, Isabela is based in the São Paulo office.
