Kimball joined Crown Advisors in 2008 and was promoted to partner in 2012. She leads Crown’s Washington, DC and Charleston, SC offices and works on assignments nationally. Her previous experience as a commercial real estate broker has proven invaluable in completing senior level search assignments for high profile real estate clients. Kimball’s clients include the country’s premier commercial real estate corporations. She represents owners, developers, real estate investment firms, architectural firms, and construction firms. She has placed candidates in a wide range of executive level positions. Before joining Crown, Kimball was a commercial real estate broker for Cassidy Turley (nka Cushman & Wakefield), Trinity Partners, and Trammell Crow Company. Her brokerage clients included Beacon Capital Partners, Clarion Partners, RREEF, The JBG Companies, BlackRock Realty, Prudential Real Estate Investors, and LNR Property Corporation. Kimball is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and Washington, DC. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and on the President’s Council of the Real Estate Roundtable.
