James is a partner in True’s Singapore office, delivering a variety of searches for True’s clients. James brings broad functional expertise hiring CEOs, commercial and engineering leaders across the healthcare, B2B and B2C domains. James has delivered searches across Asia including Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, China, Thailand and the Philippines. James was the second employee to join True’s APAC team to scale the business significantly, having previously worked in True’s London office delivering complex searches across Europe. Prior to joining True, James worked at Accenture, a global consulting and outsourcing company. He has management and technology consulting experience having worked with telecoms, media, life sciences and high tech firms around the world. James has subject matter experience working with the internet of things, embedded software engineering and cross-industry business transformation and change management. James holds a degree in history from the University of Edinburgh.
