Lucinda has 12 years’ corporate experience. She completed her Bachelor of Design (Hons) majoring in Industrial Design from Massey University. Prior to joining Hobson Leavy, Lucinda spent several years working in the design industry in the UK and Australia before returning to New Zealand. After further study in human-centred service design, Lucinda discovered her passion for working with people and for Executive Search. Lucinda has been a member of the Chapter Zero New Zealand working group for two years contributing to promoting climate competency and ESG initiatives.
