Pam originally joined Isaacson, Miller in 2007, recruiting leaders in higher education as well as nonprofit and advocacy organizations. She rejoined the firm in 2017, focusing on recruiting presidents, chancellors, provosts, and deans in large public research universities, comprehensive institutions, and private research universities. Her experience in systems of higher education, including SUNY and California State University, give her insight into the challenges their leaders face. In between work with our firm, Pam worked with boutique retained search firm Lochlin Partners, where she developed experience in recruiting for CHRO and CFO roles in trade and professional associations as well as private equity-backed companies. She has also worked as an academic advisor and administrator at Boston University's College of Communication and Georgetown University's School of Nursing and Health Studies. Throughout Pam's career, clients have appreciated her detail-oriented nature and ability to listen. She also applies these qualities to her volunteer work with City Dogs Rescue, a nonprofit animal rescue organization.
