Andrea Belegante is a Partner at Stanton Chase Stuttgart. She has over 12 years of professional experience in labor law as a lawyer, and is a member of Stanton Chase’s Consumer Products and Services and Government, Education, and Non-Profit Practice Groups. Before joining Stanton Chase Stuttgart, Andrea was the CEO and chief lobbyist of a nationwide employers’ and business association representing the interests of the entire industry as they pertained to politics, other industries, trade unions, the public, and the media. She played a key role in shaping the nationwide industry’s working, wage, and general conditions as the group’s collective bargaining leader. Andrea studied law at the University of Constance and also lectured in labor law. She co-authored the book Nachhaltigkeit – Frauen schaffen Zukunft and is an expert and speaker on current developments relating to collective bargaining, economics, labor market and social policy, digital transformation, change management, and integration. She is fluent in German, English, and Romanian. Andrea is married. In her spare time, she likes travelling, reading, and sports (running, fitness, hiking). She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Diego, and with her family and friends.
