Mrs. Teodora Koleva is highly qualified and experienced professional in the field of large scale B2B and B2C Retail Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business strategy, Business development and Financial planning, Change management and business restructuring. Mrs. Koleva has 20 years of successful career with Royal Dutch Shell, where she held a number of senior executive positions – both local and CEE regional. She was Managing Director Retail and Member of the Board of Directors at Shell Bulgaria from 2006 till 2013, followed by a number of regional roles and projects in Central and Eastern Europe as well as in Turkey. She has rich experience in diverse cultural environments, leading country cross-functional and cross- border teams and projects. Mrs. Koleva is Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Journalism and Mass communications at the American University in Bulgaria. She holds Assessor Certification for Recruitment of talented individuals globally, a Coaching certification, and is a graduate of Emerging Leaders Program at Shell Center London.
