Isabel has more than 15 years of professional experience in multinational companies. She has been in different strategic positions in Executive Search Companies before she launched a boutique consulting company for three years, working with her main client Maersk Line, and professional and executive companies in Chile and Latin America. Her prior experience as an Outplacement Director, contributes to her experience for an integral view at the life cycle of the professional. Currently, she is Principal in Page Executive Chile, Head of the HR practice and Advisory Projects Expert, for the search of executives in strategic positions, general management and Board Members.
