Biography
Graduated in Law, the Olivetti “school” allows her a precious immersion in an integrated concept of Human Resources, both in the perspective of business orientation and in that of an Employee Value Proposition that anticipated the times in a visionary and enlightened way. Over the years, Olivetti has been confronted with phases of accelerated development and with moments of strategic rethinking of the positioning of the Company, through experiences of Human Resources Management of Group Companies as well as managerial responsibilities of Headquarters, in the direction of HR Worldwide policies. When Olivetti enters the telecommunications market, giving life to Omnitel, she is offered to be part of the small nascent group that was to manage the start-up. It will be the freshman number 4 of that exciting industrial adventure, which will write an exemplary page of the country's managerial culture as well as marking the beginning of the liberalization of the mobile telecommunications segment. Cristina will take on increasing responsibilities, up to the Management of Organizational Development of the Company, helping to design a distinctive and inspirational Leadership Model and Organizational Culture for all highly competitive industrial segments, characterized by structured access to the talent market, centrality of frontier know-how and innovation, from a model of management and development of resources, which today would be called “sustainable”. Concepts such as D&I, design-thinking, agile organization, smart working, were already inherent in that way of doing business and the cultural profile of the Management that guided it. The opportunity to make one of the fastest careers of that organization, in the years in which she becomes a mother three times and demonstrates the compatibility between life and work, both at the highest levels of participation and passion, is a testimony to the Olivetti-Omnitel corporate culture. . Thirteen years of Olivetti and Omnitel cannot be crossed without undergoing a profound imprinting and a strong entrepreneurial stimulus. Thus, in 2001, when the Company now has 8,000 employees, he left the group and decided to take a new entrepreneurial path in the Human Capital Consulting sector. In K2P, she participates in the start-up and, in 2005, she is entrusted with the task of creating and guiding the Rome office, of which she will be responsible until 2015, generating a business of great size and significance from scratch, penetrating all the markets present in that context, from the large Investments, to the Banking System and developing Institutional Relations. In 2015, during the generational transition to the top, she was entrusted with the leadership of the Company, thanks to the track-record she had expressed in thirteen years and her managerial characteristics, well in tune with the evolving corporate culture in the Business Community. In these six years of management, the Company has doubled its size, increased margins, assumed a First Tier position in Executive Search, increased the prestige of the Brand among Social-Economic and Institutional Stakeholders and widely diversified the Offer Model , positioning itself as the first company with Italian capital in its business segment.
