Cassondra joined Joss Search as an Associate Consultant for our permanent recruitment team in New York in February 2025. Having studied Anthropology at Binghamton University, she’s built a strong foundation for understanding people, something which is key in finding top business support talent who will thrive in the world of private equity and alternative investments. Prior to joining us, Cassondra worked as a professional & office services recruiter, where she honed her recruitment skills and developed a deep understanding of client needs. Outside of work, Cassondra is passionate about travelling, hiking and spending quality time with her family, especially her young niece!
