Sophie is a solution-focused Principal leading the research function in the CFO ad Senior Finance team. With a specialism in the infrastructure and industrials sectors, Sophie excels in working with private capital-backed businesses. Beyond her search expertise, she is the creator of Dartmouth’s Private Equity CFO Series and the Female Finance Leaders initiative, demonstrating her commitment to fostering leadership and diversity. Sophie has a keen focus on improving Board diversity in PE-backed management teams, evidenced through her pro-active approach in helping clients develop long-term planning strategies resulting in numerous successful placements. She holds an MA in Classics from the University of Edinburgh, where she was recognised with The Edinburgh Award and double University Colours for her academic achievements and contributions to university sport. In her free time, Sophie enjoys playing tennis and chess.
