Ms. Van der Wal has experience in organization & workforce transformation, top team performance, culture transformation, and performance management. Previous roles include: Operating model and organization design for one of the organizations developing a Covid-19 vaccine; Top team performance with executive team and teams of the ELT members for an international pharma organization; Career architecture and talent acquisition audit for Biotech organizations; Action learning with executives for an integrated health system; Interim position in Fortune500 food retailer’s Global Organization Design Team; Rapid culture transformation through “hackathon” approach. Ms. Van der Wal graduated cum laude from Rotterdam School of Management in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability. She has an Honors bachelor’s degree in International Business and Philosophy. She is certified in Korn Ferry’s competency model and in Korn Ferry’s KF4D assessment. She is fluent both in Dutch and English.
