Stephan Heinen has been a partner and Head of Site and Project Development at contagi DIGITAL IMPACT GROUP GmbH since January 2021. As a long-standing real estate professional, he strengthens the range of services for project developers/real estate investors on the one hand and data center operators on the other at the interface between real estate business and digital services. Working in the real estate industry since 1991, Stephan acquired his real estate expertise in leading positions with institutional real estate investors, project developers and most recently with the establishment of a brokerage house. He has experience in the area of ​​structured financing, fund concepts and transaction business, especially in the office, logistics, residential and data center asset classes. Always operational in the real estate market, he has a network of key players in the real estate industry that has grown over many years. Stephen is married and has three children. He lives in Ratingen near Düsseldorf, likes to do sports and has rediscovered backpack trekking with his wife.
