Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Pam Capasso brings more than twenty-five years of experience in the executive search and research field. She has placed hundreds of executives and senior leaders across a number of industries including, automotive, industrial manufacturing, high technology, and health care. Pam started in a boutique retainer search firm in Boston in a candidate development role where she teamed on many high-level engagements on behalf of board members and executive management in premier organizations. Since forming ORA in 1993, Pam has been a versatile provider of research services to search firms and corporate clients. She has worked on many regional and national searches for mid-sized companies and start-ups. For the last decade, she has worked with international clients and teams to fill culturally diverse management roles in their manufacturing operations in the U.S. and Mexico. Prior to her executive search and research activities, Pam held sales and marketing roles for such Fortune 500 giants as Shearson/American Express, Estee Lauder, and Hertz Corporation.

Pam earned a BA in Comparative Literature from Beloit College.
