Hi, I’m Emily! In 2020 I qualified as a primary school Teacher and worked on long-term supply. After a year in this position, I began my career as an education recruitment specialist. I joined Spencer Clarke Group in August 2024, supporting SEN and SEMH schools across Lancashire. Working within a school has helped me gain a strong understanding of exactly what it takes to work in education. I’m highly motivated by working as part of a successful team and I’m always striving to find schools outstanding team members and help individuals looking for a rewarding career step. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and shopping.
