I joined Frazer Jones in 2019 as a Senior Consultant, servicing our local & international customers through permanent recruitment – mid to senior level – of HR professionals such as HR Directors, Business Partners or Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Graduated in Business Administration in the University of Valladolid (ES), I completed my Master in International Finance in the Copenhagen Business School (DK) and shortly after I started to work in Germany in the recruiting/consulting field. Started working as a research analyst for an expert network and ended as a Team Lead, managing some of the main consulting accounts and leading a team of 6 employees. I was responsible for developing our business relationship with those firms and ensuring project success, connecting the client with the right candidates. After 6 years at the company, I joined Frazer Jones in March 2019.
