Helmut has a Master degree in Industrial Economy and Human Resources Management. He started his career with Philips Industries in Hamburg as a HR-Specialist followed by HR-Roles in Mailorder (Otto Group) Computers (Siemens-Nixdorf) and Telecom-Industry (Avaya) where he was responsible Director for the HR-Management in Germany and selected branches overseas. In 1990 Helmut became Managing Director for Boyden International Executive Search in Frankfurt, Germany with responsibility for the northern office in Hamburg before co-founding The Taplow Group in Luxembourg in 2002. Next to his role as the Managing Director of Taplow’s operations in Germany he held the position Regional Director EMEA for 11 years. Currently Helmut is a Senior Advisor of the Taplow Group in Germany.
